Cancellations and Refunds

Before you pay

There is no trial, and there is no charge until you choose a plan. What comes first is the free part of the product: a roadmap built for your goal, and the first lessons out of it, with no card and nothing held back in them.

That is deliberately the whole basis for the decision. You see the real thing, built for you rather than a demo of someone else’s course, and then you decide whether to carry on.

Refunds

Once a payment goes through, it is not refundable. There is no refund window, and part-used time is not returned.

This is why the free part of the product is a real course built for you rather than a preview. The decision is made before any money moves, rather than argued afterwards.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your settings. There is no form to fill in, no reason to give and no call to sit through.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your access, your courses and your progress stay until that period runs out.

Teams

Team and organisation plans are invoiced by agreement rather than bought through this site, and the terms of that agreement govern them. Seats removed mid-term are credited against the next invoice rather than refunded.

When something breaks

If a course fails to generate, it does not count against your allowance and you can build it again. If something else is broken, email us and we will fix it or find you a way through.

Where the law says otherwise

Some countries give consumers rights that a policy like this one cannot sign away. Where that is the case, those rights apply and this page does not reduce them.
